The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense awarded
Kalman & Company, Inc., its support services contract in Falls Church, Virginia during August 2005.
The Kalman & Company Team, comprised of Kalman & Company, Camber Corporation, Joint Research and Development, Inc. (JRAD), and Patricio Enterprises, provides the JPEO-CBD support in all areas of acquisition including research, development, test, evaluation, procurement and sustainment of assigned weapons systems.

Kalman Team personnel are co-located with the JPEO-CBD in that they occupy Kalman leased and outfitted office and conference spaces in the same building at 5203 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041. This arrangement has been well received by the JPEO-CBD and the synergy gained by the co-location has enhanced working relationships, productivity and efficiency.
